Fragmented distribution;
(1) E. Nicaragua, Costa Rica and nw. Panama.
(2) W. Panama.
(3) E. Panama along Pacific slope from e. Panama Province e. to e. Darien, and nw. Colombia.
(4) S. Colombia, e. Ecuador to se. Peru and w. Bolivia (Cochabamba and w. Santa Cruz).
