(1) Gulf slope from e. Mexico (San Luis Potosi and s. Tamaulipas s. through Yucatan Peninsula) along the Gulf-Caribbean slope of Guatemala, Belize, and both slopes from El Salvador and Honduras to Panama including Coiba Is., w. and c. Colombia, w. Venezuela, and n. Ecuador.
(2) E. Mexico (Cozumel Is. and Holbox Is.).
(3) Panama.
The West Indies, Greater Antilles;
(4) Cuba, Jamaica, and Cayman Is.
(5) Puerto Rico.
