(1) Gulf-Caribbean slope of se. Mexico s. from s. Veracruz, n. Oaxaca, Tabasco, Chiapas, s. Campeche, and s. Quintana Roo, Guatemala and Honduras.
(2) Nicaragua, Costa Rica and w. Panama.
(3) E. Panama.
