(1) Pacific slope of nw. Mexico (Sonora).
(2) W. Mexico from s. Sonora, and sw. Chihuahua to Sinaloa, and w. Durango.
(3) Sc. Mexico (Guerrero and sw. Puebla).
(4) S. Mexico (s. Chiapas) and c. Guatemala.
(5) N. Colombia and n. Venezuela. (?)
