(1) Gulf-Caribbean slope se. Mexico (s. Veracruz, n. Oaxaca, Tabasco, Chiapas, s. Campeche, and s. Quintana Roo), Guatemala and Honduras.
(2) Caribbean slope of Nicaragua, both slopes of Costa Rica and w. Panama.
(3) E. Panama, w., n., and e. Colombia, w. Venezuela and w. Ecuador.
(4) W. Brazil (Upper Amazonia), e. Ecuador, e. Peru, n. and e. Bolivia.
