Range

(1) Caribbean slope of ne. Honduras, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica, both slopes of Panama, w. Colombia, and w. Ecuador.
(2) C. and se. Colombia, s. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana, Amazonian Brazil, e. Ecuador, e. Peru and n. Bolivia (La Paz and ne. Santa Cruz).
