(1) Se. Mexico (San Luis Potosi, s. Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Puebla, Oaxaca, and Yucatan Peninsula) s. to Panama, c. and n. Colombia, and nw. Venezuela.
(2) W. Colombia, w. Ecuador, and nw. Peru.
(3) W. Amazonia in se. Ecuador, e. Peru, and wc. Bolivia (Cochabamba).
