S. Africa;
C. and s. Namibia (Highlands of Damaraland), s. Botswana, se. Zimbabwe and South Africa (Karoo, Cape Province, Orange Free State, s. Transvaal and w. Natal including the Durban area, Mooi River, Underberg District and the Ndumu Game Reserve in Zululand).
