Fragmented distribution;
(1) Sw. India (Kerala).
(2) Burma, Thailand, Malaysia and Indochina.
(3) Ne. India (Darjeeling, n. and e. Assam), e. Nepal e. to Sikkim, n. Bangladesh, s. China (Guangdong and Hainan).
Winters in Indochina, Malay Peninsula and Sumatra.
(4) C. China (Szechwan, Kweichow and Kwangsi).
(5) Andaman Is. (South Andaman Is.).
