(1) E. Colombia to s. Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana, nw. Brazil through e. Ecuador (La Selva Lodge), e. Peru and n. Bolivia.
(2) C. Bolivia to sw. and sc. Brazil and ne. Paraguay(?).
