(1) Ex. sw. and sc. British Columbia, Washington, n. Oregon, w. Idaho, w. Nevada, n. Utah possibly e. to Colorado and s. to nw. Mexico (Baja).
Probably introduce n. of s. Oregon and to Colorado, and sw. Canada (s. British Columbia)
(2) Se. Oregon and ex. ne. California.
(3) Coastal sw. Oregon to sc. California.
Probably introduced to Vancouver Is., sw. Canada.
(4) Santa Catalina Is. (Los Coronados Is. off the coast of s. California).
Probably introduced to nearby Santa Rosa and Santa Cruz Is.
(5) Ec. California.
(6) S. California and nw. Mexico (n. Baja).
(7) C. and s. Baja between ca. 25ºN and 30ºN.
(8) Ex. S. Baja (Cape San Lucas).
Introduced to King Is. off Australia, New Zealand, Hawaii, c. Chile (Atacama s. to Concepcion) and w. Argentina from San Juan s. to Rio Negro and Neuquen.
Unsuccessful attempts have been made to introduce this species to Europe.
