(1) Guinea, Sierra Leone, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Nigeria, s. Cameroon to Gabon, Congo, Cabinda and nw. Zaire.
(2) S. Central African Republic, ne. Zaire, ex. sw. Sudan and w. Uganda with small isolated populations s. to sc. and ce. Zaire and ex. nw. Tanzania.
