(1) N. Ethiopia.
(2) Sudan e. to s. Ethiopia, Somalia and s. to n. Kenya (Huri Hills adn Mt. Kulal) and Uganda.
(3) Sw. Angola and n. Namibia.
(4) E. Namibia (Etosha Pan), s. Botswana, Orange Free State, Losotho, n. and w. South Africa (cn. Cape Province and w. and c. Transvaal).
