(1) Se. United States (se. Georgia (formerly?) and Florida (Myakka River State Park, Kissimmee River Valley, Everglades) w. to Wakulla County and s. to the Keys) and West Indies (Bahamas on Eleuthera, Cuba, Isle of Pines, and Jamaica).
(2) The West Indies (Hispaniola, Gonave, Tortue Islands, and Puerto Rico).
(3) Se. Mexico (Veracruz, Tabasco, Campeche, Quintana Roo, Cozumel, and Oaxaca) to Panama.
(4) N. South America from Colombia, Venezuela, Trinidad, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana s. w. of the Andes to w. Ecuador and e. Ecuador, e. Peru, Brazil (Bahia, Chapada Diamantina), Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and n. Argentina s. to Buenos Aires.
