Range

C. and se. Africa. W. Africa. Ethiopia;
One main population with two isolated smaller populations;
(1) Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Cameroon, Fernando Po, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo, s. Central African Republic, wc. and ne. Zaire, ex. se. Uganda.
(2) S. Ethiopia? Somalia and Kenya (Nandi and Kakamega Forests and Kitale area in the w.), Rwanda, Tanzania (Pemba Is. and Zanzibar) s. to n. Angola, s. Zaire, Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Mozambique and e. South Africa (e. Transvaal, Natal and e. Cape Province).
