(1) Philippines (Luzon and Mindoro), Watubela Is. (Tioor Is.), Australia (w. Western Australia n. to Geraldton and ex. nw. Northern Territory and Queensland (Leeton Swamp and Avalon Swamp) in the Atherton Tableland and Rockhampton s. through New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory (Kelly's Swamp) to Victoria (Werribee Sewage Works) and e. South Australia), Tasmania, New Zealand, Stewart Is., Chatham Is., Kermadec Is. (Raoul Is.), Fiji, New Caledonia and Polynesia (Caroline Is. e. to Samoa, Tonga, Marquesas, Tuamotu, Society and Tubuai Is.).
(2) Ec. New Guinea and Bismarck Archipelago (Vuatom Is.).
(3) W. New Guinea (Oranje Mountains in c. Irian Jaya).
