Central America and West Indies;
Two populations;
(1) S. United States (s. Texas, Marathon, and s. Arizona) to s. Mexico from sc. Sinaloa and c. Tamaulipas including the Yucatan Peninsula and Cozumel Is. s. to Chiapas.
(2) West Indies (Cuba and the Isle of Pines, Jamaica, Hispaniola).
(3) Belize and Guatemala s. to w. Panama.
