Three populations;
(1) E. Ethiopia Eritrea and Djibouti.
(2) Se. Ethiopia (Ogaden) and Somalia.
(3) C. Kenya to n. Tanzania.
(4) Sw. Angola.
(5) Namibia (Etosha Region), Botswana (Makgadikgadi system) and Zimbabwe.
(6) C. Namibia.
(7) S. Namibia, sw. and c. Kalahari and n. South Africa e. to w. Transvaal, Lesotho and e. Cape Province.
(8) Sw. South Africa (Karoo and w. Cape Province).
