Range

E. and s. Africa;
Three populations;
(1) S. Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea through Uganda, e. Zaire, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, e. Zimbabwe and n. Mozambique.
(2) Angola and Namibia through Botswana to Zambia and w. Zimbabwe.
(3) S. Mozambique and South Africa (Cape Province).
