Maine s. in the United States to e. Washington, ne. Oregon, Idaho, c. Colorado, nw. Oklahoma and nc. Texas. C. Missouri e. across ec. United States in Illinois and West Virginia to c. Virginia and Maryland.
Migrates through the West Indies.
Winters in two areas: Surinam. S. Brazil (e. Bahia), Paraguay and Uruguay to c. Argentina.
