Siberia on the Taimyr Peninsula. Ne. North America on Melville Is., Bathurst Is., Devon Is., Bylot and Baffin Is. s. to Southampton Is. and Belcher Islands and nc. James Bay on n. Twin Is.
Winters in ne. United States and nw. Europe.
