Range

Pacific Ocean and Atlantic Ocean coast of c. to s. South America;
Peru (San Gallan Is.) and e. Brazil (e. Bahia, Rio de Janeiro) s. through Chile, Uruguay (coastal Banados del Este) and Argentina to Tierra del Fuego and the Falkland Is.
