(3) Se. Gulf of Mexico off se. United States (Florida, Dry Tortugas) and the Caribbean in the West Indies (Bahamas) to islands off e. Mexico (Yucatan), Belize (Alacran Reef and Isla San Andres) and is. off n. South America from Colombia (Octavia Rocks and Gorgona Is.) to Venezuela (Las Aves to Margarita), Trinidad, Tobago, Guiana and e. Brazil (ne. Bahia). Tropical s. Atlantic is. (Trinidade, Ascension, St. Helena, Tristan da Cunha (Inaccessible Is.), and Gough Islands) and in the Gulf of Guinea from Guinea to Cameroon.
(4) S. Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden on islands off Sudan, Somalia, Kenya.
(5) Madagascar, Comores and Mascarene Is., Seychelles, Aldabra, e. to Laccadive Is., islands off Sumatra (Nias), se. Belitung (Kebantuan Is.) to Ryukyu Is., Bonin Is., w., n. and e. Polynesia e. to Sala-y-Gomez, the Hawaiian Is. (Kure e. to Moku Manu and Manana off Oahu) and Easter Is.
