N. and e. Pacific Ocean;
(1) Aleutian Is. w. to Buldir Is., s. Alaska, w. Canada and w. coast of United States (c. California on the Farallon Is.) to nw. Mexico (n. Baja, SanGeronimo, San Martin and Guadalupe Is.).
(2) Nw. Mexico (w. Baja from San Benito Is. s. to Asuncion and San Roque Is.).
