Sw. Europe and nw. Africa e. to wc. Asia;
(1) Canary Is. (Fuerteventura, Lanzarote), w. Mediterranean Basin (Portugal, Spain in the Spanish Zamora in the Duero River Basin and Extremadura Province in the Tajo River Basin and Morocco).
(2) N. Africa (Morocco, Algeria, s. Tunisia to nw. Libya and possibly Egypt, Turkey, Cyprus, Israel and the Middle East (Konya Basin, Turkey and Harrat al-Harrah Reserve, Saudi Arabia) e. Anatolia and Armenia. E. Canary Is.
(3) Transcaspia in nw. Kazakhstan e. in Turkestan to nw. China (nw. Xinjiang) and s. to Iran, Afghanistan and sw. Pakistan (Baluchistan).
Winters e. to w. India (Sind).
