Fragmented island populations;
(1) E. Mexico (Yucatan coast and Holbox, Mujeres and Cozumel Is.).
(2) West Indies (Bahamas on New Providence, Grand Bahamas, the Biminis, Abaco, Andros Is., Eleuthera, the Exumas, Cat Is., San Salvador, Long Is., Crooked and Acklins, Great Inagua, Turks and Caicos, Greater Antilles (Cuba), Cayman Is. and Virgin Is.).
(3) West Indies (Lesser Antilles s. to Grenada (Guadeloupe, Barbados).
