Range

C. Central America s. through the Andes to cw. South America;
(1) Se. Mexico (Veracruz to Chiapas) and possibly Guatemala.
(2) Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and possibly Nicaragua.
(3) Costa Rica.
(4) W. Panama (Chiriqui).
(5) Andes from coastal mountains in n. and w. Venezuela (w. Zulia, sw. Tachira, nw. Merida, w. Aragua, Distrito Federal) through Colombia (w. Andes in Cauca, c.. Andes in Caldas, and e. Andes from Norte de Santander to Huila) to both the e. and w. slopes in Ecuador.
(6) E. Ecuador, e. Peru s. of the Maranon to wc. Bolivia in La Paz and Cochabamba.
