Range

Yucatan Peninsula and West Indies;
Several populations;
(1) Ex. e. Mexico (n. Yucatan Peninsula, Cancun, Cozumel, Mujeres and Holbox Is.), ne. Belize (Ambergris Cay) and islands off Honduras (Barbareta, Roatan and Little Hog).
(2) Grand Cayman.
(3) Jamaica.
Introduced to the Bahamas on New Providence.
(4) St. Andrews Is. (San Andres Is.) off ce. Nicaragua.
