Nw. to nc. South America;
(1) Nw. Colombia n. to the upper Atrato Valley and nw. Ecuador.
(2) E. Ecuador and probably in se. Colombia in Putumayo and Amazonas.
(3) E. Peru (Marcapata Valley and Cuzco) and ex. w. Brazil.
