(1) Andaman, Nicobar, Peninsular Thailand, Malaya including the Mergui Archipelago, Cambodia, Con Son Is. off s. Vietnam, Sundas, and Philippines to Bismarck Archipelago, Solomon Is., is. off n. and w. New Guinea, Trobriand Is., D'Entrecasteaux Archipelago and Louisiade Archipelago.
