Se. Polynesia in the Tuamotu Archipelago;
Fragmented island populations;
(1) Tahiti, Moorea, Maria, Marurea sud, Maturei-Vavao, Rangiroa, Tenararo, Tenarunga, and Vanavana.
(2) Hao, Hiti and probably Tahanea.
Formerly in the Society Is.
