India to se. Asia, Greater and Lesser Sundas to the Philippines;
Fragmented distribution;
(1) N. India (Uttar Pradesh) and Nepal to Burma (c. Tenasserim), s. China (sw. Yunnan, Kwangatung, Hainan), Andaman Is., n. Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia (Chhep District of Preah Vihear Province).
