Queensland (Samsonvale, Julatten (Mt. Lewis), Cairns Botanical Gardens, Mount Spec National Park) s. from Cooktown to the highlands (Atherton Tablelands) and coastal regions n. of the Hunter River and New South Wales (Narooma, Lamington National Park near Brisbane, Mount Glorious and Bunya Mountains National Park).
