(3) Trinidad and Tobago.
(4) Venezuela, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and n. Brazil.
(5) E. Peru and s. Brazil (Bahia, Chapada Diamantina) s. of the Amazon to Paraguay, Uruguay and n. Argentina (Jujuy and Tucuman e. to Misiones and Corrientes and rarely s. to La Rioja).
