(2) Pacific coast of e. Panama (e. Darien), nw. Colombia in the Pacific lowlands n. to the Rio San Juan and w. Ecuador.
(3) Ne. Colombia and w. Venezuela.
(4) Ne. Venezuela (n. of the Orinoco and e. to Sucre and the Paria Peninsula).
(5) Se. Colombia (Vaupes and the Orinoco region) through s. Venezuela (Amazonas and Bolivar to Delta Amacuro) to Guyana, Surinam and Guiana.
(6) Colombia s. in e. Ecuador, ne. Peru, Amazonian Brazil (Amazonas, Rondonia, n. Mato Grosso, e. Para and Maranhao), n. and e. Bolivia (Beni, La Paz, Cochabamba, Santa Cruz).
