Range

S. Central America and nw. South America;
Two populations;
(1) Caribbean slope of e. Honduras, Nicaragua and Costa Rica, both slopes of Panama to nw. Colombia. Possibly sw. Colombia.
(2) W. Ecuador (Lita, Cerro Blanco Protected Forest).
