Range

C. Central America;
(1) Sw. and s. Mexico (on the w. slope in Colima and Guerrero and in the e. from Nuevo Leon and Tamaulipas to Yucatan, Veracruz, Tabasco and e. Oaxaca).
(2) Tres Marias Is.
(3) Belize.
(4) Ex. nw. Honduras (Sula Valley) where this form may have been recently introduced.
Introduced to California, Florida and Puerto Rico.
