(1) N. Moluccas.
(2) S. Moluccas, Watubela, Kai and Aru Is.
(3) Nw. New Guinea, Biak Is. and Woodlark Is.
(4) E. New Guinea.
(5) Bismarck Archipelago and n. Solomon Is. (Buka, Bougainville and Fead).
