S. tropical Africa;
(1) Ne. Angola s. through Zaire, Zambia and n. Malawi to s. Tanzania and adjacent n. Mozambique.
(2) Cabinda, w. Angola s. to Namibia ranging seasonally to Botswana.
(3) S. and se. Angola and ne. Namibia (Caprivi Strip) e. through Botswana to sw. Zambia, Zimbabwe (Plateau region) and ne. South Africa (n. and w. Transvaal).
(4) S. Zaire and Tanzania s. in s. Malawi, n. Mozambique and e. South Africa (e. Transvaal, e. Swaziland, e. Zululand).
