Sub-Saharan Africa;
(1) Senegambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guinea, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Nigeria, Gulf of Guinea is., Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Congo, Central African Republic, s. Chad and n. Zaire.
(2) S. Sudan, w. and c. Ethiopia, ne. Zaire, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Angola and South Africa (Cape Province).
