Oriental region;
Fragmented island populations;
(1) Ne. Pakistan and India e. to w. Bengal and Bhutan.
Winters in India and Sri Lanka.
(2) E. India in the e. Himalayas to s. China and Indochina.
(3) Malaysia, Sumatra and Borneo.
(4) Nias Is.
(5) Java.
(6) Sulawesi and the Philippines.
