(1) S. Thailand on the s. Malay Peninsula, Sumatra, Borneo, Java, Bali, the the Lesser Sundas (Lombok, Sumbawa, Flores and Sumba) and the Philippines.
(2) Sw. Philippines (Sula Archipelago and Basilan Is.).
(3) Sulawesi and Tukangbesi Is.
(4) W. and c. Moluccas (Sula, Buru, Ambon and Seram Is.
(5) N. and e. M oluccas (Morotai, Tidore, Ternate, Halmahera, Becan, Obi, Seram Laut, Watubela, Kai) and n. and c. New Guinea including Biak Is. and Numfor Is.
