Range

S. India and Sri Lanka. Se. Asia, Greater Sundas, w. Philippines, Sulawesi and Moluccas;
Fragmented distribution;
(1) Nepal, n. India to Assam and Manipur to s. China (Sichuan, Yunnan, Fujian, Hainan) through Burma and Thailand and Indochina.
(2) Sw. coast of India, Sri Lanka, Java and Bali.
(3) Malaysia, Sumatra, Bangka Is., Borneo and sw. Philippines (Palawan, Balabac and Calauit).
(4) Sulawesi and Moluccas (Butung to Becan and n. Halmahera).
