(2) Nigeria (Jos Plateau).
(3) Se. Sudan, w. and c. Ethiopia locally s. in e. and s. Zaire, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, s. Kenya and n. Tanzania.
(4) W. Angola, nw. and wc. Namibia and w. South Africa.
(5) Se. Zaire, Zambia and s. Tanzania s. in Botswana, Malawi, Zimbabwe, w. Mozambique, cn. and e. South Africa (Transvaal).
