Amazonian and e. South America;
(1) E. Ecuador, e. Peru to n. Bolivia and s. Venezuela.
(2) E. Colombia, Venezuela, Trinidad, Guyana, Surinam, Guiana and c. and e. Brazil (Bahia, Chapada Diamantina).
