S. Central America. Andes of w. South America. Ex. ne. Venezuela;
Three populations;
(1) Costa Rica, Panama and w. Colombia.
(2) Wc. Colombia.
(3) E. of the Andes in c. Colombia, e. Ecuador and se. Peru.
(4) Ne. Venezuela and Trinidad.
