C. Central America to nw. South America;
Two populations;
(1) W. Mexico (Nayarit and Jalisco to Colima).
(2) Wc. Mexico (w. Guerrero to w. Oaxaca).
(3) Se. Mexico (Veracruz s. to n. Oaxaca) to n. Honduras.
(4) E. Honduras, Nicaragua, both slopes of Costa Rica, Panama and nw. Colombia.
(5) N. Colombia (Santa Marta Mountains) and nw. Venezuela.
(6) W. Ecuador and nw. Peru.
