(1) E. Mexico (Gulf-Caribbean slope of s. Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Yucatan, n. Oaxaca and Chiapas) s. to Nicaragua and both slopes of Costa Rica to c. Panama.
(2) Isla Escudo de Veragua off nw. Panama.
(3) N. and w. Colombia and w. Venezuela.
(4) Sw. Colombia and w. Ecuador.
(5) Colombia (Narifio).
