C. to s. Central America and nw. South America;
Two population;
(1) Ex. e. Honduras, e. Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
(2) Caribbean slope on nw. Panama to ex. nw. Colombia.
(3) Ex. se. Panama, nc. and w. Colombia and ex. nw. Ecuador.
(4) Mountains of sw. Ecuador and possibly nw. Peru.
