(1) Sw. United States (se. Arizona and sw. New Mexico) and nw. Mexico (Sonora, nw. Chihuahua and Durango).
(2) Tres Marias Is.
(3) Sc. United States (s. Texas), e. and c. Mexico (Zacatecas, Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas s. to Veracruz and Oaxaca).
(4) Pacific lowlands of Guatemala.
(5) Nicaragua and nw. Costa Rica.
